How the tour runs
Meet at the base at Station Afriquia, Km 16 route d'Amizmiz, about 90 minutes before sunset. After paperwork (ID, signed release), the guide walks you through the controls, braking and how to ride on Agafay's rocky tracks. Helmet, goggles and a 4-point harness are issued to every rider. You then head out onto the ochre plateaus with a photo stop at the moment the light starts grazing the rocks. You're back at the base just before nightfall, in time to drive back into town for dinner.
